by A warbler a day
This afternoon I took a short stroll up to Bury Hill and back. As I reached the entrance to the hillfort I was pleased to see four Buzzards soaring overhead. Two of them appeared to be displaying to each other, lots of steep dives and turning with their claws out.
Whilst walking round the hillfort I got good views of a flock of winter thrushes (Fieldfares and Redwings) feeding on the meadow in the centre of the ring.
